On the first day of the Tibet tour, you will arrive in Lhasa. We will pick you up and send you to the designated hotel to complete the check-in procedures.
Holy City Lhasa: Lhasa is an ancient city with a history of more than 1,300 years. As the political, economic, cultural and religious center of Tibet, it is also the "Holy City" in the hearts of the Tibetan people.

The best advice for you is to move around less, not take a bath, drink more water, eat until you are 80% full, so as to prevent the upcoming altitude sickness.
Overnight: Lhasa
After having breakfast at the hotel, take a car to the Potala Palace, which is the highest-altitude palace in the world and a holy place of Tibetan Buddhism. Then go to the Jokhang Temple, a Tibetan Buddhist temple built in 647 AD, which enshrines the 12-year-old equal-sized statue of Sakyamuni brought into Tibet by Princess Wencheng. Then walk through the thousand-year-old prayer path of the Barkhor Street, which is the most prosperous commercial street in Lhasa built around the Jokhang Temple, permeated with a strong Tibetan cultural atmosphere.

After having breakfast at the hotel, take a car to Yamdrok Lake, abbreviated as "Yanghu", which is one of the three holy lakes in Tibet.

After having breakfast at the hotel, according to the flight time/train time, arrange the airport transfer/train station transfer to end the Tibet tour.

Yes. The following areas are not open to foreign tourists:
