Arrive at Zhangjiajie National Forest Park, China's first national forest park and a 5A-rated attraction. Ride the Bailong Elevator(fast-track ticket not included, 65 RMB/person) to reach Yuanjiajie Scenic Area. Explore the real-life inspiration for Avatar’s “Hallelujah Mountains” with sweeping views from Mihun Terraceand the First Bridge under Heaven. Take in panoramic mountain views and marvel at stone pillars that resemble generals, monks, or beasts.
Lunch break – on your own. Fast food options like McDonald's and KFC are available on the mountain.
Transfer by eco-bus to Tianzi Mountain Scenic Area (cable car down: 72 RMB/person).
Return transfer to your hotel in Zhangjiajie city.
